SAPOR V2 Atomizer Review

Initially, the top airflow structure of atomizers is designed as an assistant mode that could lower the vapor’s temperature and increase air inflow.  

Gradually top airflow has become the main airflow method, which is reliable and theoretically could avoid leaking.

Wotofo has launched a top airflow big vapor atomizer called SAPOR previously, and soon after that the brand released its Sapor V2, which abandoned the RDTA structure and apply both top and side airflow instead. What are the features and effects of such a brand-new product?


Besides the regular 22mm atomizer, Sapor V2 has another 25mm atomizer that shares the same inner structure.


The product is packaged by a paper box whose cap is imprinted with a mysterious skeleton hand. 


Inside the box there is a SAPOR V2 atomizer, a scratch card, and three accessory bags. 

Besides some standby silica rings and hex screws, there are also three pre-made trick coils included, which is convenient and practical. 


Sapor V2 22mm adopts the 304 stainless steel material, and its dimension is 41x22x22mm. Its workmanship is exquisite and the surface is glossy. Based on the top airflow of SAPOR RTA, V2 adds the adjustable side airflow, which is well compatible in structure.

Sapor V2 could be disassembled into five main parts, which is similar to those of like RDAs. The main difference lies in the extra adjusting accessory added for the sake of side airflow. The rotating adjustable airflow port is fixed by a ring, and we do not need to fully disassemble the atomizer before refilling, being very convenient. 


The atomizer combines the top symmetrical strip-shape rotating airflow mode and the side symmetrical five-hole selective airflow mode. The air enters the strip-shape ports and flows to the coils through the four holes below, then joins with the air that enters through the side airflow ports and finally reaches the effect of lowering vapor temperature. Single top or side airflow is also applicable.


SAPOR V2‘s top cap adopts the gradient design, being convenient for vapor gathering and condensate fluid collecting. 


The big-diameter drip tip is made of resin material, which could effectively insulates the heat, and it allows direct filling, making it comfortable and convenient to use. It is not equipped with any adapters to a 510 drip tip, and the big-diameter drip tip will reduce the richness of flavor and the density of vapor.


Its base adopts the simple and convenient U shape dual-electrode and four-hole structure, which is suitable for newbies. The holes are relatively big, being convenient for passing through trick coils. The liquid groove is relatively deep and could store quite a few e-juice, therefore it avoids the trouble of frequent dripping and refilling. 


The gold-plating electrode is removable and has better conductivity. 


Though there are three pre-made trick coils, to make the test result more intuitive, I still decided to use the regular data set in the test: 0.6mm Kanthal A1, 3.0 diameter and 6 dense wraps.


The coils should better be placed between the two airflow ports, which could reach better flavor. 


Burn the coils and adjust the position of them, then pass through the cotton after the coils’ temperature drops. Slacken the cotton on the bottom to ensure proper speed and unimpeded flow.


VT200’s resistance is 0.26, its vapor volume under the power of 60W is substantial and the vapor effect is mild. 



1. SAPOR V2 supports three airflow modes:

Side airflow: rich taste, accurate flavor and dense vapor.

Top airflow: clear flavor, light taste, and high vapor temperature.

Both way airflow: vapor temperature lowering, light taste and large vapor volume.

2. SAPOR V2 has fewer and simple parts. Its e-juice flow groove is deep, and the U shape electrode structure is convenient for newbies. The holes are big enough for trick and thick coils, thus having increased the playability. 

3. SAPOR V2 adopts top and side airflow, thus the condensate fluid in it will not flow to the box like those apply bottom airflow. But the condensate fluid will inevitably flow to the steel wall of the atomizer through the airflow ports. 

4. SAPOR V2’s base is fixed to the cartridge through three silica rings, being tight and compact. While disassembling, we should grip the part below the side airflow, otherwise the side adjusting ring and top cap will be pull out together. 

SAPOR V2’s positioning is a flavor-oriented RDA, and it performs fairly well in the aspect of vapor, but the flavor is relatively tasteless. It is indeed a distinctive RDA that features exquisite appearance.
